Market Rules
By using the services of the Market, you automatically accept the Service Rules. In the event of a violation of the Rules, the player may be subject to restrictive measures, including confiscation of items and blocking access to the Market.
Any financial transactions with gambling items outside the Market are in violation of the Project Rules (RMT) and are punishable by blocking all gaming accounts and restricting access to the Market. Withdrawal from the Market account will also be blocked.
- If a player mistakenly puts up for sale the wrong item or the wrong price, the transaction is deemed to have been completed and cannot be cancelled
- If you make a mistake when purchasing and buy the wrong item, the transaction is considered completed and cannot be canceled
- Funds that have been transferred from the Market to the Personal Account cannot be deposited into your cash account or returned to the Market account
- Withdrawals are made within 14 days of request. Also, it should be taken into account that there may be delays in payments on the side of the acquiring bank and the payment period will be extended.

How to sell or buy?
Cross-server market

Sell
Any player can sell equipment or surplus adena and consumables on the Market. But not all items are for sale. You will not be able to sell personal items, hero weapons, augmented weapons, PvP-enchanted items, resources, accessories, quest items and some others. All inaccessible items will be inactive (grey) when creating a lot.
Pay attention!
The item can only be put up for auction for 30 days. At the end of the placement period, the lot will become inactive. You will need to return the item to the character manually or put it up for re-bidding.
Commission is 5% of the sale amount and is charged to the seller. After selling an item for 100 Master Coin you will receive 95 coins in your account.
The exchange balance is not updated automatically. Click the "Update" button to see your current balance exchanges.
How to put an item on sale:
- Link to Market page in Personal Account and press the button "Sell items" under the list of categories
- Select the account and character that contains the item
- Click the "Load inventory" button. Items that are not available for sale will be grey
- Select an item from inventory. Select the sales method, specify the price and quantity, then click "Forward" at the top of the screen
- Make sure that the item and the price are correct. Character must be offline so the system can retrieve specified item
- Enter your PIN-CODE to confirm your identity. It is necessary that people who have gained access to your Master Account couldn't steal valuable items by selling through the Market. If you don't know the PIN CODE, You can get or restore it on the Personal Account settings page
- Confirm your acceptance of the Market Purchase/Sale Policy and complete the product with the "Confirm" button
- Products that were put on sale are moderated. They will appear on your list of products within 7-10 minutes. Refresh the page to see new lots

Players have two options to withdraw funds — to the Personal Account without commission and to a real cash account with a commission of 25%.
Applications for withdrawal of funds are processed on Mondays, then they are transferred to the payment system. Time waiting time for funds transfer is from 2 to 14 days and depends on the speed of the payment systems. The processing time for withdrawals may be extended as this is entirely dependent on the performance of the acquiring bank.
