In Masterwork Season 5 2024, we reworked the group experience bonus.
When killing monsters in a group, characters receive bonus EXP, SP and Vitality points:

You may notice that you will get the same experience in a group of 5 to 9 players. Considering that more players kill monsters faster — a large group is the most effective way to level up.

For effective levelling, choose locations with monsters no less than 6 levels and no higher than 5 levels relative to your character.
If you can't find a free spot with "white" monsters, you can farm "light blue" monsters with a little penalty. Going to a location with "red" monsters doesn't make sense due to high penalties for levelling and drop/spoil.
At each stage of the game, you will have a sufficient choice of locations, both ordinary and improved by our team and completely new, to find a comfortable corner to farm monsters of suitable levels.
On Masterwork, it makes sense to farm bosses when the boss is lower level than the character. Even if the RB is "blue" - you can still expect a drop and experience.
There is no reason to farm "red" RB on Masterwork because, in addition to the difficulty of farming, the drop will be reduced.
The current level gap for bosses relative to the character — from "8 levels lower" to "5 levels higher".
