Manor or "farming" β mechanics, that allow players to harvest materials and buy useful items for castle owners.
Castles sell seeds, players buying it and plant while hunting monsters, harvest and sell crop back to castles. Harvested and ripe crop can be exchanged by castle owners for special rewards.
Manor is running by special NPC, who can be found in every town near the wagon.
Seeds can only be used at the same territory where the castle located. For example if you buy seeds in Giran you may only manor at the Giran territory. To find out what territory you are located at type /loc into game chat.
Seeds can be general or alternative.
General seeds removes all loot from monsters, excluding adena and seal stones. At the same time they have 100% chance for successful usage. Amount of harvested crop increases if monster have multiplied HP amount.
Alternative seeds do not remove loot, but have a very low chance of successful usage that depends on many factors, and always gives one piece of crop, regardless of the monster's health.
For each type of crop you can get 2 types of materials, which one β depends on a castle owner's decision, when he sets up crop purchase. A seed type affects the material you will receive. Alternative crop have same rewards as a general one, but amount of materials are slightly increased.

Leader of a clan, that own a castle, can't buy seeds and sell crop in his town, but at any other town this functions available for him.
To make this process more comfortable place seeds and harvester on the skill bar. "Sow" seed in a monster β in case of success you will see a message in the system chat. After monster dies use harvester on a body.
Sowing inner cooldown β 10 seconds.
If you are a Bounty Hunter then first harvest crop, then sweep spoil from the monster. Otherwise corpse will disappear and you will lose the crop.
To maximize chance of successful sowing and amount of crop, character's and monster's level have to be equal to the level of the seed.
Monsters with HP multiplier give more crop. Monsters with reduced (Ρ 1/2) HP give the same amount of crop as monsters with normal (Ρ 1) HP.
Harvested crop can be sold to any castle, regardless of territory, where it was obtained. In exchange you will receive materials specified by the castle.

Clan leader can't sell crop to his own castle, but can do that in any other place.
Talk to NPC Manor Manager Giran , select "View the Manor Status". In the window that opens, you can find out information about the market of seeds and the purchase of crop in all castles in the current period and following one. If that information absent, that means that castle owner did not set up manor. Although here you can find for what crop what type of material you can get.
The manor period updates at 20:06 server time (UTC+2 Kyiv), seed market and crop purchase although begins at this time. You can sell crop from 20:06 till 20:00. From 20:00 to 20:06 is maintenance time. At this interval system checking the results of previous period.
Crop can be sold at any town to NPC Manor Manager.
How to sell the crop?

You can set the amount of crop for sale while maintenance going, to have time to exchange manor ahead of everyone else. The main trick is guessing the exact server time to be the first.
Number of materials, that you will get for turning your crop can be precalculated by formula:

The server rounds up to a whole number, this means that you will need 34 crop to get 1 piece of material.

To make manor available to turn in towns, it should be set up in castle in advance. To do that clan-leader that owns the castle have to place enough adena to the castle's vault and confirm manor settings.
To set up manor talk to NPC Chamberlain in the castle throne room and select the line "Manage a manor". To select what exactly you want to set up select β seed (1) or crop (2).
Pay attention!
Manor setup only available at time period from 20:06 to 6:30. At this time you can change settings limitless amount of times. At 6:30 chosen amount of adena will be removed from castle's vault and send to the seed and crop trader.
From 20:00 to 20:06 property maintenance is underway, during which recalculation for the previous period take place:
Seeds settings determines the variety of seeds and their prices for the next manor period. Talk to NPC Chamberlain and select "Edit Seed Setup".
Choose required seed type(1) and open price editor by double-clicking the line and press "Edit Sales" (2).
At price editor set the amount of seeds to sale for the next period. Pay attention to the hint about the maximum available quantity.
Then set seed prices. To find out the price range type a large number and press "OK". A hint will show the minimum and maximum price of seeds. Set up your price and press "ΠΠ".
To avoid repeating the procedure every day, you can copy the settings of the current period for the next one. To do that press "Set Next Day" (3).
To delete next period settings press "Reset Sales" (4).
At any moment you can see the cost of purchasing seeds (5) in next period. This number are 50% of all selected seed cost. Manor manager will charge the full price.
If not all the seed will be sold during the period, all unused adena will be returned to the vault.
if there is not enough adena in the vault at the beginning of the period, all the settings will be reset.
These settings define range of purchased crop, and it's price, for the next manor period. Talk to NPC Chamberlain and select "Edit Crop Setup".
Select required type or crop (1) and open setup window by double-click the line and press Change Item (2). Pop-up hint when pointing the line will tell you what material players will receive for selling crop to the castle.
In the editing window, set the number of crop to purchase in the next period. Pay attention to the hint about maximum available quantity.
Then set the crop price. To find out available range, enter high number and press "ΠΠ". Hint window will appear, where you will find that range.
Select what type of material (1 or 2) players will get for selling crop. Available options can be shown by pointing the line.
Set all buyout settings and confirm by "ΠΠ".
To avoid repeating this procedure every day, copy the settings of the current period for the next one. To do that press "Set Next Day" (3).
To delete next period settings press "Reset Sales" (4).
At any time you can see the costs of purchasing crop (5) in the next period. Cost amount is 100% of the cost of all assigned crop.
If at the end of the period not all the crop will be bought, unused adena will be moved back to vault.
If at the begging of the period there will be not enough adena in the vault, all period settings will be erased.
The harvested crop ripens in the clan storehouse a day after purchase. 90% of purchased products ripen to ripe state. After that it can be traded to the Blacksmith at the castle basement for valuable goods:
