There is a place on the west of Keucereus Alliance Base named the Seed of Destruction. It is dominated by Dragon of Darkness Skelth minions. The Seed itself is a gigantic fortress of the army of darkness. In the centre of the Seed is a dragon palace, whose lord is the Witch of the Dragon of Darkness Tiat.
All that is known about Tiat is that this girl is a priestess who has received part of the power of the dragon of darkness. She looks completely unimpressive compared to the warriors guarding the fortress, however, she is the one at the top of the hierarchy.
In the Gracia: Final update, the Seed of Destruction location, with the Tiat instance, was introduced into the game.
The Gracia Seed system has been altered on Masterwork. The changes also affected the instance zone.
Tiat is the largest instance zone on Masterwork. Instance zone is related to high-level characters and has mechanics similar to the Siege of Castles and Fortresses. In the instance zone, you can get Icarus, Vesper and Top S84 weapons, Forgotten Scrolls and MasterWork Spheres with a small chance.
On the later server stages, the instance is simplified - access to the rooms leading to the crystals is closed, and the step of destroying three crystals is removed.
The entrance to the Seed of Destruction is in the Ancient City Arcan. Entering the instance zone does not require quests.

Tiat instance has mechanics similar to Castles and Fortresses sieges. These include:
Defensive structures with built-in gates.
There are groups of ranged monsters on the walls:
Players cannot attack monsters on the wall.
Monsters on the wall can attack players.
Monsters cannot attack targets located close to the wall.
Gates are a defensive structure for monsters. Most of the gates are built into defensive walls.
Destroy the gate to move deeper into the instance.
Auto-attacking with a "Blunt" weapon causes increased damage to the gate.
Magic Crystals is blocking access to the inner parts of the instance. Find and destroy them to open the way.
The crystal's location, appearance and names are different. Each crystal is guarded by a large number of monsters.

Portals are a unique mechanic of Seed of Destruction.
Dimension Moving Device Lv. 80 — a device that summons monsters. Common names among players are “Portals” and “Fountains”.
Portals open in certain places as you progress through the instance. Destroy the portals to stop incoming monsters.
The summoning of monsters can only be stopped by destroying the portal.
Short guide:
Kill monsters in small groups.
Monsters can attack one character at a time — even well-equipped tanks may not survive large amounts of damage.
Provoke out monsters one by one or in small groups and kill them in the previous room, this will reduce the chance of provoking too many monsters.
Monsters use Mass Aggression.
Monsters with Aggression skills can distinguish themselves as targets for surrounding players.
If there are several monsters with the aggression skill, inattentive damage dealers can run from one monster to another without causing damage. Damage dealers need to control their target.
Inattentive healers may heal monsters instead of players. Healers are recommended to use skills that affect the group.
Fire Resistance.
Monsters and the boss Tiat Witch of the Dragon of Darkness Lv. 82 dealing fire attribute damage. Items and skills with fire resistance effects will increase group survivability.
Tiat is the largest instance zone on Masterwork.
The instance consists of many corridors and halls leading to the fortress and Tiat throne room.
Instance zone locations:
Upon entering the instance, all players are teleported to the Entrance of Destruction round hall. No monsters are in the round hall, and players can prepare for the upcoming battle. After preparation, go along the corridor to the next room.
In the square room, you will find monsters and the first wall with a gate. Beware of the monsters on the wall and clear the room carefully.
After killing all the monsters, the gate will open and a new wave will run towards you. Some monsters will remain guarding the pass through the open gate. After killing a new wave of monsters, approach Teleport Device to move to the Central Square.
After teleportation, players will appear in the Central Square hall. The only way from the room leading to the central circular hall. The central hall has five passages to different parts of the instance and is filled with lots of monsters. In the centre of the hall located Obelisk Lv. 81 .
Only well-prepared groups can assault the round hall. We recommend carefully provoking monsters in small groups from the round hall to the square room. During the battle, several new groups of monsters will appear.
Kill all the monsters in the round hall and destroy Obelisk Lv. 81 .
In the full version of the instance, head to Central Square - Labyrinths.
In the short version - head to Scouting Pass.
Head to one of the three labyrinths in Central Square. To enter the labyrinth, break the gate that looks like huge clenched teeth.
The labyrinth consists of three sequentially connected rooms with monsters and a defensive wall in each room. Kill all the monsters and destroy the gate to enter the next room. Destroy the Great Powerful Device Lv. 81 in the third room and head to the next labyrinth.
After destroying three Great Powerful Device Lv. 81 the steel gate leading to the Scouting Pass will open.
After destroying the third Powerful Device, monsters appear in the round hall.
Labyrinths are not available in the shortened version of the instance.
Head to the Scouting Pass through the open steel gate at Central Square.
The Scouting Pass only features one room with a defensive wall. Kill all the monsters and break the gate built into the wall to enter the Fortress of Destruction.
Clear the area in front of the fortress and prepare for the assault by positioning yourself next to the bridge. Beware of the Trap located in front of the fortress. Kill all the monsters on the bridge and destroy the fortress gates.
After the gate is destroyed, the monsters inside the fortress will attack. At the same time, two Dimension Moving Device Lv. 80 are activated in the far corners of the hall. Monsters from the portal will head towards the fortress and can attack players from behind. Fight on the bridge or retreat to the area in front of the bridge. Kill all monsters and destroy portals as fast as possible.
After destroying the portals and killing all the monsters, prepare to storm the fortress courtyard through the destroyed gates.
Rush the fortress through the previously broken gates. Inside the fortress, a group of strong monsters with the ability to provoke awaits players. The monsters in the courtyard do not leave their positions, they cannot be divided into small groups. Kill all the monsters in the courtyard and prepare for the subsequent battles.
Climb one of the two spiral staircases located along the edges of the courtyard and destroy the Throne of Destruction Powerful Device Lv. 81 . Beware of monsters near the Device.
Go down the spiral staircase back to the courtyard and up the opposite staircase to destroy the second Powerful Device. An alternative route runs along the wall of the fortress and is guarded by monsters.
After destroying two Throne of Destruction Powerful Device Lv. 81 , the gate leading to Tiat's Throne Room will open.
In the Throne Room, players will find the Boss Tiat Witch of the Dragon of Darkness Lv. 82 surrounded by 4 Soldiers of Bravery Tiat's Bodyguards Lv. 84 and a large number of regular monsters.
Tiat and Soldiers of Bravery are located at the end of the Throne Room, with regular monsters on either side.
Carefully provoke a small group of monsters and lead them to the corner of the hall. Kill all the regular monsters in the Throne Room this way.
Tiat and Soldiers of Bravery are aggressive, do not provoke them too early.
Prepare for the final battle and defeat Tiat.

The battle with Tiat consists of 2 stages. The Stage changes when the Boss reaches 50% HP.

In the second stage, Tiat uses the transformation skill and opens portals. Switching stages are accompanied by large text in the centre of the screen.
Casting the transformation spell lasts 10 seconds and strengthens Tiat after casting:
Simultaneously with the change of stage, four Dimension Moving Device Lv. 80 appear in the corners of the hall.
Tiat's transformation cannot be interrupted.

Four Soldiers of Bravery are Tiat's guard.
Soldiers of Bravery have a large amount of health and can quickly revive after death.
Fear Lv. 10 is a dangerous skill of Soldiers of Bravery that can disable key characters of the group. Use skills with a cleansing effect to remove fear.
It is not recommended to waste time killing Soldiers of Bravery. Neutralize them with sleep or other types of control.
Tiat Witch of the Dragon of Darkness Lv. 82 can upgrade SA from level 10 to 18. The chance is individual for each member of the last-hit group.
