Talk to Sarien to receive the quest.

2.1. Travel to the Ruined Bend. Find and defeat the monsters:

to get Monster Eye Meat NG and Monster Eye's Lens NG .

2.2. Travel to Windawood Manor. Find and defeat the monsters:

Hungry Eye Lv. 22

to get Monster Eye Meat NG and Monster Eye's Lens NG .

2.3. Travel to the Plains of Dion. Find and defeat the monsters:

Monster Eye Destroyer Lv. 26

to get Monster Eye Meat NG and Monster Eye's Lens NG .

2.4. Travel to the Wasterland. Find and defeat the monsters:

Monster Eye Watcher Lv. 25
Lesser Basilisk Lv. 27
Basilisk Lv. 28

to get Monster Eye Meat NG , Monster Eye's Lens NG and Basilisk's Gizzard NG .

3. Once you have collected enough items, return to Sarien Grocer and talk to him to receive the reward:
