Talk to Elias to get the quest.

2. Teleport to Singing Waterfall. On the western coast of the island, find and kill monsters:

Talon Spider Lv. 16
Blade Spider Lv. 17
Giant Spider Lv. 15 ,

to get Giant Spider's Poison Sac NG .

3. Go to Talking Island Village, find Yohanes Priest in the temple and talk to him. In exchange for the poison gland, Johannes will give you Fever Medicine NG .

4. Return to Elias and talk to get your reward:
