Plains of the Lizardmen. Update and quests

Have you been at Plains of the Lizardmen? Once the blood, containing all the rage of Antharas, ended up in the valley. A magical illusion containing the blood transformed it, and filled with poisonous fumes. Because of that Leto Lizardmen, who lived here, have changed a lot. Some lizardmen under effect of magic and poison transformed into a new Tanta Lizardmen race. Other Leto Lizardmen, who where not able to adapt here, where forced to leave this place.

Basics

In Freya update Plains of the Lizardmen were rebuilt and became high-level hunting zone. The plains are inhabited by monsters 80+ level, also were added quests for enchant scrolls, Moirai armor and jewelry.

The updated Plains of the Lizardmen is designed for archers — monsters have low physical defence and bow/crossbow weakness. The location is suitable for solo players and mini-groups of archers.

Unique mechanics

Herbs autoloot

The most enjoyable location mechanics — automatic herbs pickup, that drops from monsters. Here you don't have to run to mana herb, it will be used by itself in a few seconds after monster's death.

Contamination zones

There are three contamination zones on the plains, which stand out visually on the terrain and can be noticed on the radar. Characters located in the zone receive a negative effect. Each of the three zones has different levels of contamination, and different level of effect:

  • Curse of the Plains Curse of the Plains Lv. 1 — Max HP decreases by 0.5%, Bow/Crossbow Critical Rate increases by 20% and Critical Damage increases by 20% per second.
  • Curse of the Plains Curse of the Plains Lv. 2 — Max HP decreases by 1%, Bow/Crossbow Critical Rate increases by 50% and Critical Damage increases by 30% per second.
  • Curse of the Plains Curse of the Plains Lv. 2 — Max HP decreases by 1%, Bow/Crossbow Critical Rate increases by 50% and Critical Damage increases by 30% per second.

Special monsters

At the Plains of the Lizardmen you can meet special monsters, which after death impose useful, or not very, effects on the character:

After mushroom dies all monsters in a small radius runs to his corpse and freezes.

Weapon type do not affect monster spawn. Chance are very low!

3. Kill Humanoid Tanta Lizardman Guard Escort of Ugoros Lv. 82 and follow to Humanoid Batracos Gatekeeper .

4. Talk to Humanoid Batracos Gatekeeper , to complete quest and receive Seer Ugoros Pass Seer Ugoros Pass NG .
