In order to obtain the fourth Stone of Commune, you must first obtain the Divine Stone of Wisdom which is currently possessed by the Varka Silenos' Chief Shaman. First, meet with the Varka Silenos' Messenger and form an alliance with them. Once you earn the trust of the Varka Silenos, you'll be able to obtain their Divine Stone of Wisdom.

You've obtained the Stone of Commune! Now, go to the fourth Таблиця Видіння and attempt to commune with it.

The fifth Stone of Commune is currently owned by the Archon of Halisha.
