PK late game(83)

Hello,

Wanted to express my opinion on 83 PK. On late game when paladins have maxed out skills they pretty much don't have any weaknesses and ways to counterplay them either way in the olympiad or the open.

The way the game is initially designed the tanks were supposed to be a slow class to compensate for their other stengths. At 83 a paladin pretty much has maxed out speed with double icons, plenty of CC resistance, insanely high damage and heals that can out sustain majority of the other classes.

What I propose is that on 83 there to be some sort of nerf for their CC resistance to make a space for the class to be outplayed in their double icon window.
