- The User must submit the request from the character directly affected by the issue or from their main character.
- When contacting Customer Support, the User must provide complete and accurate Registration Data, including information necessary to verify their identity. If the User provides incomplete Registration Data, or data that raises doubts regarding its accuracy or ownership, the support specialist reserves the right to request additional information and documentation from the User.
- When contacting Customer Support, the User must provide detailed information regarding discovered bugs/issues (calculations demonstrating the correct behavior, screenshots/videos that may assist in investigating and identifying the issue, as well as links to reliable sources describing the expected functionality). If the User cannot provide supporting evidence or provides incomplete information, Customer Support may consider the submitted information unreliable.
- Customer Support will respond to the User within 24 hours of receiving the request and the required complete and accurate Registration Data. The response time may be extended depending on the nature of the issue, in which case the User will be notified accordingly. Please note that Customer Support operating hours are from 09:00 to 03:00 server time. Kindly take this information into account.

- The use of obscene, provocative, or insulting language directed toward the Administration or Customer Support staff is prohibited (within support tickets, in-game, on forums, etc.).
2.4. Core Market Rules:
Your Market balance can be topped up directly through the "Market" section. Please be aware that purchases on the Market require funds to be deposited into a dedicated Market account (NOT your main Personal Account balance). If a player accidentally deposits funds into the main account, the Project Administration may transfer those funds to the Market account one time only. Funds that have been transferred from the Market to the main Personal Account balance cannot be withdrawn to a real-money account or returned to the Market balance.
-
If a player accidentally lists the wrong item or sets an incorrect price, they may cancel the listing
through the "Market" section of their Personal Account. However, if the transaction has already been completed,
it is considered final and cannot be reversed. Please exercise caution when creating listings.
Withdrawals may be delayed beyond the stated timeframe due to various circumstances (sanctions, banking issues, payment system problems, etc.).
If, in the opinion of the Administration, a User's primary purpose in gameplay is to generate financial profit through farming in-game assets and selling them using Market resources, the Administration reserves the right to permanently suspend game accounts and Market access, with full confiscation of all related in-game assets. - If your character is found to have engaged in fraud, deception, or any other activity resulting in damage to other players and/or the Project Administration, funds may be confiscated and the Market may be restricted or blocked (including withdrawal restrictions).
You can review the complete Market Rules at the following link: Game Market.
Before using the Market, every participant is required to carefully review these rules. Lack of knowledge of the rules does not exempt anyone from responsibility.
2.5. In-Game Gameplay Rules:
-
Fraud During Item Purchases or Sales
Any actions intended to mislead other players during trading are strictly prohibited. Examples of violations include:
– Selling visually similar but less valuable items (for example, D-grade Stones instead of Purity Stones);
– Displaying a deliberately misleading crafting price in a shop title (for example, the shop title states 100 Adena, while the actual price is 1kk+);
– Listing items at excessively inflated prices for the sole purpose of occupying a market position (for example, selling SCP for 1kkk), and similar practices. -
Shop Names Must Match Their Contents
The name of your private store must clearly reflect its actual contents. Misleading or false shop names are considered a violation. -
Market Manipulation
Deliberately inflating prices of popular items (MS, Crystals, LS, Attribute Stones, etc.) is prohibited, as is the sale of trading spots or the reservation of market positions. -
Extorting Currency for Access to Locations
Demanding any form of currency (in-game or real-world) in exchange for the right to remain or farm in specific spots or locations is prohibited. -
Use of the Party Matching System
The Party Matching system must be used exclusively for its intended purpose — forming groups. Posting advertisements unrelated to party recruitment, such as trade offers or advertisements, is not permitted. - Using a trader solely for the purpose of reselling their market trading spot.
Such actions violate the principles of fair and open competition and are punishable in accordance with the Project Rules.
2.6. Rules for Ownership and Transfer of Epic Items:
- Stealing loot from Epic Bosses is considered a serious violation and is punishable by a temporary or permanent suspension of the character or account.
-
Epic Jewelry transferred within a clan by the Clan Leader is considered
clan property and may be
returned to the Clan Leader upon request. However, this rule does not apply if it was clearly stated
at the time of transfer that the item was granted for permanent use with full rights of disposal.
In such a case, the Epic Jewelry becomes the personal property of the recipient and cannot be reclaimed by the Clan Leader.
Recommendation: When transferring Epic Items, Clan Leaders are strongly encouraged to use the in-game mail system and clearly specify in the message that:
"This Epic Item is issued only for the duration of clan membership and must be returned upon request." or "Transferred as permanent property with the right to sell or transfer it to third parties."
Before sending the mail, be sure to take a screenshot, which will serve as proof that the Epic Item belongs to the clan. -
Transfer of equipment within a static party (const party).
Party Leaders who provide equipment to party members may use the in-game mail system, clearly stating in the message that: "The equipment is provided only for the duration of participation in the party. If the player leaves the const party, the item must be returned to the group upon the Party Leader's request." If a screenshot of the mail is available and the player who received the equipment confirmed its acceptance, the Party Leader has the right to request the return of party equipment if the player leaves the group.
2.7. Internal E-Global Player Interaction Rules:
These rules have developed over several years of interaction between clan leaders and players and serve as an unwritten foundation for respectful coexistence within the game world. The Administration's role is limited to ensuring that these agreements are respected and, when necessary, acting as a mediator.
Key points:
-
Waiting for Epic Bosses:
Having an entire clan lie dead at the Epic Boss entrance while waiting for its respawn is considered poor conduct. -
Trash Buffs:
Using trash buffs in cities and peace zones is not permitted.
Trash buffs may be used during daily quests, in farming areas (spots), or during events held outside of cities. -
Blocking Passages with Summons/Pets:
During sieges and Epic Boss encounters, intentionally blocking passages with pets or summons is prohibited, as it disrupts gameplay.
These rules may be revised or expanded throughout the lifetime of the project depending on circumstances and agreements reached between clans and players.
Additional Provisions
Dear Players! E-Global is an international project. Our team does not support war, discussions about war, or any symbols associated with it. For example, national flags and languages are not considered symbols of war. Symbols such as "Z", swastikas, and similar signs are considered prohibited.
We ask that you discuss war-related topics anywhere and with anyone you wish, but not within the E-Global platform.
Choose the people you feel comfortable playing with, as our server brings together players from all over the world. However, we ask that you refrain from insults and personal attacks.
We do not tolerate harassment, insults, or the incitement of conflicts.
P.S.: This is a very sensitive topic for many of us, and you should not attempt to find "workarounds." We will identify and sanction violations regardless of how creatively or humorously the message has been disguised.
Fight your battles on the fields of Elmoreden. That is why we created our game worlds.
Please Note!
The Administration reserves the right to determine the appropriate punishment based on the specific circumstances of a rule violation, including both reducing or increasing the severity of the penalty.
